My story

Hi !  I am Victoria Hernández, I am a doctor by profession, graduated from the Anahuac University with a specialty in Anesthesiology, completing my medical residency at the Salvador Zubirán National Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition.

In my personal development I managed to discover my passion for human development as a tool for my own transformation and that of my environment, a fact that led me to professionalize as a gestalt therapist.

I have a solid training at the Humanistic Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy, cultivating my practice for five years. My constant search for knowledge led me to obtain specialties in both Human Development and the Gestalt Approach, which has allowed me to address the complexities of the mind and soul with a comprehensive and deeply humanistic perspective.

With each session, I immerse myself in the unique world of each individual, offering a safe space where authenticity and self-exploration flourish. My commitment to the well-being of each patient transcends cultural and linguistic barriers, enriching our lives as we cross the therapeutic threshold.
