I am Victoria Hernández , a gestalt therapist with a deep passion for helping people discover their potential and live fuller, more authentic lives.

With five years of experience in the field, I have been especially dedicated to working with individuals, couples, adolescents, groups and people from the LGBT community.

 

Today, I want to share with you how my therapeutic approach can be a transformative path to emotional and mental well-being.

My therapeutic approach is not just about talking, but about experiencing the here and now with greater awareness and well-being. Together, we will explore tools that help you face life's challenges with more clarity and confidence.

What is Gestalt therapy?

Gestalt Therapy is a journey of self-exploration with a guide.

 

Imagine that you are on a road and you encounter different landscapes, emotions and thoughts. The gestalt therapist helps you explore all of this, understand how it affects you and how you can handle it better.

 

It's like you're given a map to understand your own experiences and find healthier ways to live. In short, it is a therapy that invites you to be aware of yourself and live in the here and now .

In this type of therapeutic process I am more interested in what you do with what has happened to you.

It is a warm and humanistic approach that allows you to recognize your emotions, accept your story without judgment, and build a path toward emotional well-being.
